Notice of Municipal Fee Increase
* NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS AND DEFENDANTS * Effective May 1, 2013, The Hamilton County Municipal Court has increased the standard court cost in criminal and traffic cases from $104.00 to $110.00. In addition, minor misdemeanor criminal and traffic tickets are being increased to $130.00. Persons paying fines and costs on or after May 1 will be required to pay the increased amounts.
