In these difficult economic times, the Clerk recognizes that we must make every effort to create a positive environment for the legal professionals to do business in Hamilton County. Increasing our Court’s efficiency by leveraging our digital capabilities to better serve the legal community is one way to do this. Starting January 3, 2012, the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas will require most civil suits, specifically “A” cases, to be filed electronically with the Clerk of Courts. To prepare for this technology advancement, I ask that all attorneys who practice in Common Pleas Court to register to efile with the Clerk of Court’s Office. We look forward with great anticipation to this exciting change. Please partner with us to make this latest step into the digital world a success for all involved.
