NOTE: On 12/15/2004, Cincinnati City Council adopted an ordinance increasing the amount for parking infractions. If you dispute the amount because your payout schedule instructs you to pay a different amount you may register the ticket for a hearing. If your vehicle is impounded or a DETER Block exists, payment should be made in person so a release and/or receipt can be generated for purposes of getting your vehicle released or your block released. Pay by Telephone
Pay with VISA or MasterCard only. Call (513) 946-6000 24 hours a day. Follow the step-by-step instructions. Be prepared to write down your "payment confirmation code". You will need this code to inquire on the status of your payment.
Pay by Mail
Mail a check or money order (no cash) payable to: "The Clerk of Hamilton County Municipal Court" To pay by VISA or MasterCard, complete and return the information set forth above. YOUR COPY OF THE PARKING INFRACTION MUST ACCOMPANY PAYMENT. Eastern Hills Office 4790 Redbank Road Cincinnati, OH 45227 Office Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday Pay by cash, personal check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard. Forest Park Office 1216 W. Kemper Road Forest Park, OH 45240 Office Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday Pay by cash, personal check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard. Western Hills Office 5089 Glen Crossing Way Cincinnati, OH 45238 Office Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday Pay by cash, personal check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard.
All fines double if not paid within 7 days and an additional $5.00 is due if the ticket is in default.

NOTICE

Payments on parking tickets will not be processed between the time of 11:45 pm and 12:05 am nightly due to system maintenance. Please make your payment before or after this time.
