The Municipal Traffic Division handles traffic violations, ticket payouts, driver's license concerns, and vehicle impoundments. Typically, driver's license problems and impoundments involve a court appearance. Many other types of traffic problems, including parking violations, tend to be handled by paying a fine either in person or by mail. Tickets for City of Cincinnati parking violations may be paid by phone with a valid Visa or MasterCard. You may pay your Cincinnati parking ticket(s), by clicking Pay Parking Ticket and following the subsequent instructions. Additionally, you can look up past traffic, criminal and Cincinnati parking tickets via the Ticket Inquiry page.
The Clerk of Courts is open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. excluding holidays to process pay-out tickets. The office is located on the 1st Floor of the Hamilton County Justice Center, 314 East 9th Street.
Parking and payout tickets can also be paid at the Clerk of Courts Forest Park Location, which is open Monday thru Friday, 8 to 5 p.m.
Bonds may be posted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at the 24-hour office of the Clerk of Courts located on the 1st Floor of the Hamilton County Justice Center, 314 East 9th Street.
Bond refund checks are issued Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM ONLY, excluding county holidays, at the Office of the Clerk of Courts located on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, Room 315.
The following services can only be performed during regular hours: payment of traffic citations, payment of Cincinnati Parking Infractions, court fines, and costs and fees for traffic cases.
Court filings will be accepted 24 hours a day in Room 112 of the Justice Center.
