2. How can I pay my TRAFFIC ticket?
You can pay your traffic or minor misdemeanor payout citations several different ways. The Municipal Criminal Division is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM. The office is located in the Hamilton County Justice Center in Room 112. You may pay in cash, with a check, American Express, Discover, or Master Card. Checks should be written out to the "Hamilton County Clerk of Courts". Please bring your ticket or stay-to-pay with you. You can also pay by mail with a check, money order, or you may put your American Express, Discover, or Master Card information on the payout slip you received with your ticket. ALWAYS include the ticket with your payment when you send it in. Mail your ticket & payment to this address.

Come to the Clerk’s office Room 115 in the Courthouse and fill out the appropriate appeal form to appeal your suspension. The cost is $116. This cost does not include service which is also necessary.

5. What is a D.E.T.E.R. Block?
A D.E.T.E.R. Block is a result of three or more unpaid Cincinnati Parking Infractions. These infractions will need to be paid in order for you to renew your plates and registration.
 
6. Why is my license suspended?
There are many reasons for a drivers license suspension. You will need to appear in person either at the BMV on Hamilton Avenue or in Room 115 at the Justice Center to address this issue.
 
7. I lost my ticket. How can I pay it before it doubles?
If your ticket is not entered by City Police records, you would need to get a copy of the ticket at 801 Plum St Rm 328. If the ticket is entered you can pay at the Justice Center, Room 112. You will need to know your license plate number.
