We cannot give you this information over the telephone. You must go to the nearest police department with an I.D. or come to our Bailiffs office located in the Hamilton County Courthouse, 1000 Main Street, Room 169. We can then check our records for warrant and capias verification.

2. I cannot make it to court, but I have a court date today. What can I do?

If you have an Attorney at Law appearing for you, contact your Attorney immediately. Regardless of what you do, a failure to appear MAY result in an order by the Court for your arrest.
