This is the division in which marital and other other non-criminal domestic disputes are handled.
The Domestic Relations Division of Common Pleas engages in the same activities
as the Civil Division, except that it handles all domestic relations
cases.
Certified Copies of Divorce Decrees may be obtained both at
the Domestic Relations Division and at the Common Pleas Division
in Room 315, Hamilton County Courthouse. All filings must be
presented to the Docket office (800 Broadway, Room 346) for
filing with the Clerk of Courts. The Local
Rules of the Court of Domestic Relations provide additional
