When do I call to schedule my set out with the Bailiff? |
| You need to call Monday through Friday between 1:30 and 3:00 PM eight days after you go to court. You do not count your court day. |
| What do I need to bring for the set out? |
| You will need to bring heavy duty trash bags, people that are able to lift heavy objects and gloves. |
| How much time do I have to remove the tenant's belongings? |
| You will be given about 1 hour to remove the items. You will need 2-3 people for a small apartment, 4-5 people for a large apartment or house. |
| What times do the Bailiffs do set outs? |
| The Bailiffs do set outs between 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM Noon. |
| Can I do a set out without a Bailiff? |
| No, a Bailiff needs to be there with the court order. |
