The Civil Bailiff's office is a division of the Clerk of Courts. The Civil Bailiff's job is to serve summons, subpoenas, order of possessions and physical evictions. They also collect money for plaintiffs in civil judgments.
There are thirteen full time Civil Bailiffs assigned to the Civil Bailiff's Division. The Civil Bailiffs serve over 15,000 summons a year.
A landlord that needs to set an eviction in motion should call the office between 1:30 and 3:00 Monday - Friday.

The Criminal Bailiff's Office is a Division of the Clerk of Courts. The Criminal Bailiff's job is to provide security and serve all municipal courtrooms. The office serves warrants, subpoenas and provides security for the evening area courts located in Sharonville, Justice Center Room B and Cheviot.
There are 35 full time bailiff's assigned to the Criminal Bailiff's Division. The Criminal Bailiff's Office serves approximately 15 thousand subpoenas a year and receives approximately 29 thousand warrants a year.
