The Appellate Division receives all filings and manages all paperwork relating to cases which
have been appealed to the First
District Court of Appeals. This includes any appeals from
the Hamilton County Municipal Court, the Hamilton County Court
of Common Pleas, the Hamilton County Juvenile Court and the
Hamilton County Probate Court.
Local Appeals Court Rules are available on the First District
Court of Appeals Website. At the Appeals Court site it is also
possible to search for decision
summaries and acquire forms
and instructions for Appeals Court filings.
